Jorge Manuel Bastos Brandão was born in Coimbra on 16 February 1965. He has a degree (1987) and Master in Regional Geography (1993) from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Coimbra. He develops his professional activity, since 1987, in the Regional Coordination and Development Commission of Centro of Portugal in the areas of regional development and international cooperation.
Currently is Voting Member of the Executive Committee of Centro Region’s Operational Programme 2014-2020.
