investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento, transfer\u00eancia de tecnologia e forma\u00e7\u00e3o, com principal foco no setor agroalimentar. \u00c9 constitu\u00eddo por tr\u00eas unidades laboratoriais (f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica, microbiologia e an\u00e1lise sensorial) e por quatro unidades de desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico (l\u00e1cteos, c\u00e1rneos, azeites e hortofrut\u00edcolas).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A unidade de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, em cons\u00f3rcio, com ind\u00fastrias, universidades, polit\u00e9cnicos, centros de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e institutos nacionais e internacionais.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CATAA \u00e9 uma entidade formadora certificada pela Direc\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral do Emprego e das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Trabalho (DGERT), cujo reconhecimento garante a capacidade de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contamos com uma equipa especializada que apoia o desenvolvimento de novos produtos agroalimentares, elabora relat\u00f3rios personalizados de tend\u00eancias no setor agroalimentar, promove sess\u00f5es de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, auxilia em candidaturas a fundos europeus e coopera na \u00e1rea da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CATAA tem vindo a desenvolver linhas de trabalho conjuntas com diferentes empresas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es permitindo assim a transfer\u00eancia de Know-how, o aumento da competitividade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e consequente valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos
