She is Coordinator of the Master in Biotechnology. Supervised 15 master&#8217;s dissertations and co-supervised 2.<\/p><p>He is an integrated member of the Center for Research in Natural Resources, Environment and Society (CERNAS) and of the SiSus Laboratory: Sustainable Industrial Solutions (i2A).<\/p><p>He has published 27 scientific articles in indexed international journals. She is the author of 1 book and 19 book chapters, and is the editor of 2 books. She is the inventor of 1 International Patent, 3 Portuguese Patents and 1 Utility Model. Published 7 articles in specialized technical journals. Presented 41 poster communications, 31 oral communications and 37 invitational communications at scientific and technical conferences. Organized 4 scientific events.<\/p><p>It received 13 awards and honorable mentions for Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the field of food technology.
