Orientou 15 disserta\u00e7\u00f5es de mestrado e coorientou 2.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 membro integrado do Centro de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em Recursos Naturais Ambiente e Sociedade (CERNAS) e do Laborat\u00f3rio SiSus: Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Industriais Sustent\u00e1veis (i2A).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publicou 27 artigos cient\u00edficos em revistas internacionais indexadas. \u00c9 autora de 1 livro e de 19 cap\u00edtulos de livro, e \u00e9 editora de 2 livros. \u00c9 inventora de 1 Patente Internacional, 3 Patentes Portuguesas e 1 Modelo de Utilidade. Publicou 7 artigos em revistas t\u00e9cnicas da especialidade. Apresentou 41 comunica\u00e7\u00f5es em poster, 31 comunica\u00e7\u00f5es orais e 37 comunica\u00e7\u00f5es por convite em confer\u00eancias cient\u00edficas e t\u00e9cnicas. Organizou 4 eventos cient\u00edficos.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recebeu 13 pr\u00e9mios e men\u00e7\u00f5es honrosas de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Empreendedorismo na \u00e1rea da tecnologia de alimentos.
